Miapera Hotel & Spa - Special Class, Istanbul

I really enjoyed my time at Miapera Hotel & Spa, especially the spa services which were a fantastic way to unwind after exploring the city. The hotel's location is perfect, right near Taksim Square, making it easy to get around Istanbul. However, I did experience some issues with the room - particularly the air conditioning wasn't functioning well, which affected my overall comfort during the stay.

I had a challenging stay at the Miapera Hotel And Spa. While the location was excellent, just a stone's throw from Taksim and Istiklal Street, the overall experience was marred by numerous issues. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to address complaints effectively, and the cleanliness left much to be desired.
